PIZZA OF BLENDER

Ingredients:

-2 American cups all purpose flour

-1 and a half cup of milk

-12 oil Cup

-1 tablespoon baking powder

-2 whole eggs

-Salt to taste

-Oréganos and to taste grated Parmesan for sprinkling on top.

PREPARATION:

-Beat all ingredients in a blender

-Grease the bowl with butter and flour and place half the dough

-Add the filling

-Put the rest of the batter on top

-Spread well, the layer of dough for being soft, is thin, but the mass grows

-Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oregano.

-Put to bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.


TIP: do not open the oven before it's time not to shoot.


SUGGESTION OF FILLINGS FOR YOUR PIZZA OF BLENDER:

-Cheese, ham and tomato stew with oregano

-Tuna or sardines with finely chopped onion

-Chicken and seasoned to taste.

-Palm hearts.
