DINER MAYONNAISE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon salt

2 whole eggs

Parsley and minced chives (the ideal is to use fresh and not dried)

1 tablespoon pure lemon juice

1 tsp mustard

black pepper or mix of aromatic peppers to taste

1 teaspoon seasoning herbs (optional)

Soybean oil to give the period (on average about 250 ml)


PREPARATION

Place the salt and seasoning (using) at the bottom of the Blender, then put the eggs, lemon juice and mustard
