CREAMY CARROT CAKE

Ingredients:

-12 Teacup of oil

-3 medium carrots grated

-4 eggs

-2 cups (tea) sugar

-2 and 12 cups (tea) of wheat flour

-1 tablespoon baking powder.


Coverage:

-1 tablespoon butter

-3 tablespoons chocolate powder

-1 Teacup of sugar

-5 spoons of milk.

PREPARATION:

-Hit the Blender first the carrot with the eggs and the oil, add the sugar and beat for about 5 minutes.

-After a bowl or blender, place the rest of the ingredients mixing everything except the yeast.

-Add the yeast slowly with a spoon.

-Grease a shape and pour the batter.

-Bake in preheated oven (180° C) for 40 minutes.
